Power Play For Kids

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you are in need of assistance for an exchange or return, we are here to help. You have 48 hours from the day of delivery to request a return. Only items received damaged are eligible for a return. There are no refunds given on any PPFK materials - exchanges only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will provide you with a shipping label as well as cover all shipping costs. Once your item has been received and an exchange has been approved, we will then send out a replacement within 15 days from when we received it.

PPFK does not refund postage due to USPS and/or UPS delays. PPFK does not refund or replace packages that have been confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout by the USPS and/or UPS.

PPFK is a company that offers such customized products, we respectfully inform you we can not offer any refunds.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are not included in the listed price unless advertised that way. You will be billed for shipping costs upon check out. 

​

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we may be unable to deliver your box as efficiently as we’d like to. Some areas may have further restrictions that could affect how quickly your box will be delivered. 

​

Power Play For Kids ships on Mondays and Thursdays. We ship from CA via USPS/UPS, and transit time can take 2-5 days, depending on destination. Holidays will affect shipping times, and uncontrollable weather or shipping conditions can occasionally cause some delays.

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. After we ship, USPS will ship your order with the shipping method you selected at checkout.

During Holidays and busy seasons, orders may be delayed. Should this happen, we apologize for any delay, but we can assure you that you will receive your order.

PACKAGE TRACKING

If you were notified that your package/order was delivered by USPS or UPS, but you can not find your order:

Contact your nearest USPS location either in person or by phone and provide them with your tracking number. (It’s a possibility that your package is stored for any specific reason.)

Contact USPS directly at 1 800 275 8777 and provide them with your tracking number. Or call UPS directly at 1 800 742 5877 and provide them with your tracking number. Contacting the shipping carrier is the best option to locate your package when tracking states that your package has been delivered.

 

STOLEN PACKAGES

Power Play For Kids does not refund or replace packages that have been stolen after confirmed delivery to the (address provided at checkout) by the USPS and/or UPS. If your package has been stolen after confirming USPS and/or UPS delivery to your address, PPFK encourages you to file a report with your local authorities.
