Exchanges, Returns, Refunds, Shipping & Cancellation
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return your box from the date you received it. Only items received damaged are eligible for a return and exchange. There are no refunds given on any PPFK materials - exchanges only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Once your item has been received and an exchange has been approved, we will then send out a replacement within 30 days from when we received it.
Because we offer such customized products and services, we only offer 10 days for a full refund of your initial sign-up payment. No monthly payments made will be refunded under any circumstances.
Shipping
Shipping costs are included with your membership. If you need to exchange an item PPFK will pay for the cost to return your item, as well as the cost to send out a replacement. You will need to print out a shipping label provided on our website.
Cancellation of Service
You may cancel your service at any time. You do so by sending an email to Info@powerplayforkids.com. Please be sure to state in your email which month you would like to discontinue service. You will be responsible for all charges due up to that time, including full monthly charges for the month for which you discontinued service.
